Terms & Conditions

Websglide provides website design, customization, and related web services for businesses, creators, and personal projects.

By ordering a website from Websglide, you agree to the following terms.

Template-based websites are offered at fixed prices.
Additional features, pages, integrations, or advanced functionality may increase the final price.

Custom websites are priced individually depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

A 50% upfront payment is usually required before development begins. Larger projects may be paid in multiple installments by agreement.

Payments are processed through secure Stripe payment links.

Minor revisions and adjustments are included during development.

Major design changes, additional features, or significant changes to the original requirements may require additional payment.

If project specifications are incomplete or unclear, Websglide may make reasonable creative and technical decisions to complete the project.

Standard hosting may be included for websites within normal resource usage limits.

By default, created websites may use a Websglide subdomain such as:

Custom domains (such as yourbusiness.com) can be connected for an additional fee or through the customer’s own domain provider.

Websglide reserves the right to limit or discontinue included hosting for websites that exceed reasonable storage, bandwidth, or server resource usage.

Basic image editing, visual customization, and website graphics are included where relevant to the project.

Customers may provide their own images, text, branding, and materials, or Websglide may assist in creating suitable content and visuals.

The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any provided materials.

After the final payment has been completed, websites and related assets can be archived and delivered to the customer for independent hosting or backup purposes.

Completed project files remain available for at least 90 days after final payment.

Unpaid or abandoned projects may be archived or permanently deleted after 30 days of inactivity or non-payment.

Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before completion, partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of completed work.

While Websglide aims to provide reliable service and hosting, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Websglide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services where necessary.

Websglide reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or cancel any project at its discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Projects involving illegal, harmful, deceptive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • Projects that conflict with Websglide’s policies, values, or technical capabilities;
  • Situations where sufficient time, staffing, hosting capacity, or other resources are not available to complete the project;
  • Circumstances that would make successful completion of the project impractical or unreasonable.

If a project is declined or cancelled by Websglide, any payments received will be refunded in full.

If a project is cancelled by the customer after development has begun, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Significant changes to the original requirements may be treated as a new project or may require additional fees. If the customer chooses to cancel the project as a result, completed work will not be refunded.

Once development has begun, Websglide is not obligated to accept requests for additional features, design changes, or modifications to the original project requirements.

Any such requests may be declined, treated as a separate project, or subject to additional fees.
